To submit a warranty claim, download the service request form, complete and send to Customer Care along with proof of purchase and photo evidence

Returns Form for Suppliers
To submit a return email Monaco Returns and obtain a Return Authorisation number (RA). Do Not Send the goods back until you have received the RA number.
The product must be returned to Monaco’s warehouse in Auckland WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RA ISSUE. You should arrange a pay for shipping except where Monaco has incorrectly processed your order. In that case Monaco will arrange the collection of the goods. For normal returns, products remain your responsibility until signed for by a Monaco Representative.
NOTE: Please allow two working days for the processing of your request. An RA number will be emailed to you. Please attach a copy of the RA number to the goods
being returned.
